Company Overview:

We are a reputed interior contracting firm specializing in commercial and residential projects across Mumbai. We are looking for a Billing Executive with a strong background in interior project billing, measurements, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client and subcontractor bills based on site measurements and BOQ.
• Verify site measurements and prepare detailed measurement sheets.
• Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of bills and invoices.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors for billing-related documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, billing milestones, and payment schedules.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and assist in audit documentation when required.
• Track material consumption against bills for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and client billing procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in billing within the interior contracting or civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, GST, debit notes, and client billing cycles.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
