Educational & Professional Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Fire & Safety) ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) – Mandatory NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely – Preferred Certification or experience in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 27001 compliance – Advantageous Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure safety , fire protection systems & electrical safety Familiarity with data center operations and facility management protocols Incident investigation & RCA techniques (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram) Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in high-availability, 24x7 mission-critical environments Sound understanding of emergency response planning and drills Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 5 years in EHS roles, including at least 2+ years in data center or critical facility environments Proven track record of managing on-site safety in live operational facilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
