Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of work as per plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain work schedules and quality.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required resources at site.
• Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and site documentation using MS Excel and Word.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at the site.
• Communicate effectively with the project team regarding progress, issues, or delays.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in preparing progress and billing reports.
• Assist in managing timelines and resolving on-site issues to avoid delays.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong site supervision and team coordination skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
• Basic understanding of drawings and construction/interior execution methods
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle on-site challenges
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior Design, or related field (Degree preferred but not mandatory)
• 4–5 years of site supervision experience in construction, interiors, or related field
• Familiarity with interior fit-out projects is an added advantage

Preferred Background:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects
• Able to prepare and manage basic site documentation and Excel-based reports
• Comfortable working under deadlines and in coordination with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
