Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Interior Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working on residential or commercial projects, be capable of coordinating between design teams, vendors, and site execution, and have a strong understanding of both design aesthetics and construction detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover
• Act as a bridge between design teams, civil contractors, vendors, and clients
• Review and interpret architectural/interior drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Plan and schedule site execution activities, ensuring timely completion
• Track project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules, and manpower
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor quality and progress
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors for material delivery and installation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support interior designers in BOQ verification, material selection, and documentation

Technical & Software Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, Excel, and site measurement tools
• Understanding of civil drawings, MEP layouts, and interior detailing
• Familiarity with fit-out materials, finishes, and vendor sourcing
• Ability to read and modify GFC (Good For Construction) drawings

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in interior project coordination or site management
• Exposure to residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, vendors, and site labor
