Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer with 2–3 years of experience to oversee health, safety, and compliance on our project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory safety norms, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor safety management systems across all operational areas.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Maintain proper documentation related to site safety, incidents, PPE issuance, and labor compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and labor contractors to enforce safe work practices.
• Liaise with government bodies during inspections and ensure all compliance records are up-to-date.
• Handle registration and documentation related to labor licenses, ESIC, PF, and other compliance needs.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, site safety norms, and statutory compliance.
• Familiar with applicable government regulations (e.g., Factories Act, BOCW Act).
• Certification in Industrial/Construction Safety is preferred.
• Good communication, documentation, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to handle safety-related issues proactively and independently.

Preferred:

• Experience working in civil or infrastructure projects.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and safety reporting tools.
• Fluency in Hindi and local languages (as per location) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
