Job Roles and Responsibilities.

• Create three-dimensional models of the facilities.
• Design and coordination will be done using wireframe models. Presentations and marketing will employ rendered views.
• Create, mark up, and illustrate elevations using final materials.
• Add dimensions, annotations, and symbols to blueprints.
• Create and fill out sheets for the corridor plan.
• Oversee the coordination of consultant drawings for every milestone drawing problem.
• Modify traditional amenity areas (such a pet spa and bike storage) to suit the project.
• Create and manage a standard detail library.
• Examine new software and technologies to boost efficiency, lower costs, and improve design deliverables.
• Adjust current elevations and plans to meet project specifications.
• Solve difficult design problems in a creative and useful way.
