Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed working drawings including electrical layouts, wall details, RCP, false ceiling plans, and GFCs.
• Coordinate with design team, design head, consultants, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Engage with clients effectively to present, discuss, and finalize design details.
• Review and freeze material samples and specifications with clients.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Handle site coordination to resolve technical/design-related issues during execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong command over AutoCAD and working drawings.
• Ability to manage client interactions with confidence.
• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.
