Job Description

We're Hiring: AGM/GM - FinanceWe're on the lookout for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our client. This is a high-impact role for someone who can independently manage corporate finance, investments, and governance at the top level.Role: AGM/GM - FinanceLocation: New Delhi (Work from Office - 5 Days)Experience: 8-10 years post-qualification

Key Responsibilities

Manage finances of Family Trusts, Holding Companies & SPVs
Oversee taxation, investments, compliance, and MIS reporting
Evaluate and track investment performance across sectors & geographies
Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, banks, and legal teams
Ensure full compliance with RBI/FEMA, Income Tax Act, Companies Act
Directly coordinate with senior leadership & external Qualified CA with 8-10 years' experience; CS qualification preferred
Exposure to Family Offices / HNIs / Conglomerate Finance functions
Strong in corporate finance, investment analysis, tax structuring & governance
Discreet, dependable, and effective communicator
