CA Fresher - Claim/Policy Servicing- Life Insurance Job Description This role is for SQA team Policy Servicing. SQA team conduct audits and QC activities of various processes within Policy Servicing, It also involves handling various external audits namely Internal audit of various processes and Statutory audit coordination. Key Deliverables Include Individual Contribution : Conducting various audits for plugging loopholes in different processes at the user-end to mitigate the risk of future operating losses/risks arising out of process gaps. Management Requirements Ensuring that the requirements (defined and ad hoc) sought by senior management are duly provided within time. Control Enhancement Developing new reports and evaluating the feasibility of the same for enhancing SQA's efficiency & channeling the saved man-hours towards more appropriate value-added activities.
