We are looking for a Technology Head to lead the Technology Division of a growing telecom MNC. The role entails the responsibility to lead the team in all the technology verticals & Innovation, as this is a pivotal role towards Growing the company in Technology, Innovation & Revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical leadership, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as Technology Head or similar role
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of Technologies
Should be versatile in languages like JAVA, Spring, hibernate, structs, Mysql, linux, agile methodology, etc
Sound experience in JAVA, Spring, hibernate, structs, Mysql , Mongodb, linux, agile methodology, REST.
Relevant Experience in Telecom Value Added Services (VAS) industry will be preferred.
Candidate should have well rounded experience in managing telecom Billing Systems, handling SMSC, managing SDP's (Service Delivery Platforms), USSD, ERP, SMS, MMS, USSD, WAP, IVR, IVVR-Video, IOT, OTT Calls and 3G Streaming Applications.
Extensive project management experience with skills in grasping the requirement, conceptualizing, developing, implementing solutions, partnering closely with business leaders & stakeholders to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
