Intercompany Analyst

As an Intercompany Accountant at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate Intercompany month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations for global entities. Your role will involve executing operations in alignment with shared service center operational excellence and company guidelines. Your main duties will include owning the end-to-end month-end process for JCI entities, managing accruals reconciliations, ensuring on-time and accurate month-end close, and conducting balance sheet reconciliations. You will also be responsible for coordinating and resolving aged reconciling items and disputes, documenting all processes and procedures, and providing status updates on pending Intercompany requests. Furthermore, as an Intercompany Accountant, you will play a key role in driving Transformation and Continuous Improvement Projects. Experience with HFM and FDM will be beneficial in this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Full-time Chartered Accountant / M.com/MBA / B.Com qualification with 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities are essential. You should be willing to work in a shared services environment and be flexible with shifts. Experience with global ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or BAAN, as well as HFM and One Stream Reporting, will be advantageous for this role.,
