Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Integration Lead with 6 to 13 years of experience to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in integration and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions using various technologies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize integration requirements.
Design and develop scalable and reliable integration architectures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration projects.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Proven experience in integration lead roles with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with various integration tools and technologies.
