API Setup & Integrations ● Configure and manage API integrations between platforms (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, Shopify, Shiprocket, WhatsApp APIs like WATI/AiSensy). ● Set up webhooks for payment gateways, LMS platforms, and logistics. ● Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures. 4. LMS & E-commerce Platforms ● Manage Knorish and other LMS platforms (course setup, user management, automation). ● Oversee Shopify stores (setup, product updates, integrations with logistics and payments). ● Ensure smooth student and customer experience. 5. Automation, Plugins & Tech Tools ● Maintain and optimize Pabbly, Automator plugins, and other workflow tools. ● Set up triggers for email/SMS/WhatsApp automation. ● Work with productivity tools (Calendly, Notion, Asana, Manatal) to streamline internal operations. 6. Analytics & Tracking ● Implement and monitor uptime & performance tracking (Uptime Robot, InsightIQ). ● Manage dashboards on Tableau, Zoho Analytics, and CRM reporting. ● Provide regular reports on sales funnels, customer journey, and system performance.
