Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As SAP Callidus configurator, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, facilitating discussions on transformation, and translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the functional and application designs align with the business requirements, driving the customer journey and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - Strong understanding of SAP CPQ (former Callidus configurator) - SAP CPS (Variant Configuration and Pricing Service) - SAP Cloud Platform - S/4 Hana - Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering. - Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions. - Familiarity with various integration tools and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
