Integrated Project Team Lead

As an Integrated Project Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution. - Identifying and addressing project problems, recommending resolutions for successful project completion. - Facilitating project tasks with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Supporting the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Tracking progress, identifying and resolving obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules. - Supporting in the preparation of status and technical content to CIPT and management. - Analyzing gathered data, developing solutions, and alternative methods to optimize performance and increase work efficiency. - Working closely with IPT members and authorities on hardware field investigations to drive root cause analysis and recommend product improvements. - Maintaining and presenting plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of projects to track progress and ensure targets are met. - Supporting in the execution of risks assessments and mitigation plans. - Attending and actively participating in group meetings and teleconferences. - Actively participating in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and supporting AS9100 efforts. - Supporting project management activities. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-10 years of experience in a similar role. - Any graduation degree. - Skillsets in Quality Control (QC), Budgeting, Mitigation Planning, Project Management, Gas Turbines, and Project Planning in the Aero & Industrial Gas Turbine domain.
