Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus Requirements Must Have: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field Experience working on Start-up Product(B2B,B2C,Saas Space) Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 2-4 years of experience with any of these skills ( Developer,QA, Product or any technical stream of SDLC) Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Delivering DigiMech NPD programs in line with ABP and SBP Plan within stipulated timelines, efforts, and budgets: o Preparation of DigiMech NPD Plans jointly with the Project Manager. o Identification of critical paths. o Risk & Mitigation planning from time to time with Hardware design Reviews, DFMEA, and Milestone tracking. o Smooth execution of the Hardware design phase within stipulated targets. o Reduction of Electronics field defects in New and existing products. 2. DigiMech Programs Technical compliances & quality: o Conduct design reviews and initiate Hardware design interventions with development & electronics components suppliers, Electronics assembly suppliers. o Design validation through DFMEA, EDA simulations, robust hardware, environmental, EMI/EMC testing. o Hardware Design compliance to various international standards as defined by the Design & Innovation head. o Improvements in Electronics validation standards. o Hardware Reliability Improvements. o Delivery quality monitoring and Design Audits. o Product Benchmarking, Costing Analysis, and Value Engineering Initiatives through various Product simulations. 3. Driving Technology Innovations & Building of Strategic Product Roadmap (MGPP): o Research & Analysis of Technologies through desk research, external research, and Competitor Benchmarking. o Analysis, Insights, and Design Principles to arrive at Innovative Solutions & PoCs. o Building of Simulation competency roadmap. 4. Development Partners (Suppliers) Management: o Weekly Technical review with Design partners. o Design Audits, Milestone plan, monitoring & Technical risk mitigation. Internal o Process Improvement Initiatives. 5. Statutory Operational & Financial compliance requirements: o Tracking and Monitoring of REVEX & CAPEX expenses. o Internal statutory audits & closures of audit findings on time. 6. Organizational Imperatives: o Providing active support to all company-wide processes and initiatives such as Safety, Business Excellence, CII Clusters, IMS, CSR, Archives, etc. o L3 process improvements initiatives.
