Integrated Project Team Lead

You will be responsible for leading Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution, identifying and addressing project problems, and recommending resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your role will involve facilitating project tasks with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. You are expected to support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, track progress, identify and resolve obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules, and ensure smooth project operations. Additionally, you will be supporting in the preparation of status and technical content to CIPT and management. Analyzing data gathered and developing solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase work efficiency will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with IPT members and authorities on hardware field investigations to drive root cause analysis and recommend product improvements. Your role will also include maintaining and presenting plans and progress reports related to the business aspects of projects to track progress and ensure that established targets are met. You will support in the execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans, attend and actively participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts. Based on business needs, you may be required to support other duties/functions within the company and actively participate in project management activities.,
