Integrated Logistics Customer On-boarding Engineer

Role Overview: As a Customer Onboarding Engineer at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers by defining processes for Operations in alignment with customers" sales & operations planning processes and the Kuehne Nagel Blueprint. Your strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach will be key in collaborating with customers, Operations, technical team members, and the finance organization to ensure seamless customer onboarding and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Create processes that serve customers" logistics processes and operational standards while aligning with the Kuehne+Nagel Blueprint - Ensure process changes support business objectives and productivity goals - Identify and address process deviations not aligned with business objectives - Articulate requirements clearly and explain complex processes to various stakeholders - Proactively identify potential roadblocks in customer onboarding and develop solutions - Document and analyze customer requirements meticulously for adaptable solutions - Evaluate customer demands critically, challenge inefficient requests, and recommend long-term operational solutions - Conduct client workshops, explain standard processes, and align customer expectations - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for a smooth onboarding experience and timely decision-making Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Proven experience in logistics process analysis and financial controlling or accounting - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach - Detail-oriented mindset with meticulous documentation skills - Ability to assess and optimize customer requirements for long-term success - Experience in leading client workshops and coordinating across multiple teams - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Additional Company Details: At Kuehne+Nagel, equal opportunity and diversity are highly valued, including people with disabilities.
