Intake Specialist

As an Intake Specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of solutions to ensure successful business outcomes through the implementation of new technologies and services. Your analytical skills will be essential in understanding and processing metrics such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs). You will be responsible for coordinating new release strategy and deployment activities across various teams to facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and implementation strategies for operational readiness. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing support requirements, providing consultation on support models, identifying necessary resources, and ensuring operational readiness for Global Service Desk teams. You will also be tasked with tracking progress, managing priorities, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to update on project requirements, status, and risks. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and team development. Additional requirements include the ability to work effectively with clients and management personnel across multiple geographies, lead projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a global organization. Strong communication skills, IT Service Management methodologies Certification (ITIL Foundation or higher), and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle are also essential for this position.
