Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Health insurance plans.

·       Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

·       Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly and confidently.

·       Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·       Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems in real-time.

·       Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and patience.

Language Must Have: Marathi/Kannada/Telugu

Requirements:

English communication skills.

·       6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales or Insurance Sales is preferred.

·       Freshers with strong communication and convincing ability are also welcome.

·       Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling objections.

·       Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
