Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring insurance claims, building customized insurance policies and packages, developing marketing strategies, helping clients with policy renewal procedures, assisting policyholders in settling claims, maintaining and updating customer records, maintaining insurance records of customers, making calls and follow-ups.
