You will be responsible for monitoring insurance claims, building customized insurance policies and packages, and developing marketing strategies. You will assist clients with policy renewal procedures and help policyholders settle claims. Your duties will also include maintaining and updating customer records, as well as insurance records of customers. Additionally, you will be required to make calls and follow up with clients. This is a full-time job with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there are opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience.
