Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to promote and sell insurance products to individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, recommend suitable insurance plans, and build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms
• Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General Insurance) to customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals and policy servicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle customer queries related to policies, claims, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and claim support
• Stay updated with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory norms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Finance preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training can be provided)
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage

Experience
