Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing customer relations, overseeing financial aspects, and leading team management. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Knowledge of Insurance Products
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
Understanding of Finance and Financial Products
Strong Team Management and Leadership Skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
