Insurance Sales Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a strong network of advisors or agents, and driving business development through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:   Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales executives.   Motivate and guide the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.   Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with clients.   Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.   Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.   Maintain accurate records of team performance and sales reports.   Promote different types of insurance products: life, health, motor, etc.   Work closely with senior management to plan and execute sales strategies. Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.   Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or team handling.   Proven leadership and people management skills.   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.   Knowledge of insurance products and market trends.   IRDAI license (preferred or should be obtained after joining).   Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills.
