Key Responsibilities: - Educate clients on home insurance options using clear and simple language, avoiding technical jargon. - Convert inbound leads into satisfied Cover Club clients by recommending the most suitable insurance policies. - Utilize digital tools to compare policies and suggest the best-fit cover for clients. - Achieve conversion and retention targets while prioritizing client trust and satisfaction. - Serve as the initial point of contact for clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing queries, complaints, and claims with empathy and efficiency. - Handle policy changes and renewals accurately and in compliance with regulations. - Proactively engage with clients to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for upselling. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales or customer support, with a background in insurance or finance considered a plus. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. - Comfortable working with CRMs, quoting tools, and digital platforms. - Client-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset. - Thrives in a startup culture, demonstrating adaptability, proactiveness, and enthusiasm for growth. - Bonus points for insurance qualifications or a willingness to pursue them.
