Job Title: Customer Support & Cross-Sales Executive (Kotak Life Insurance) Position Overview: Kotak Life Insurance, one of India’s most trusted financial institutions, is hiring for their Customer Support & Cross-Sales Process. The role involves working only with existing customer data — no cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist existing Kotak Life Insurance customers with their policy-related queries, concerns, and requests. Cross-Selling: Pitch and promote relevant life insurance products to enhance sales opportunities with existing customers. Upselling: Identify and suggest additional insurance products to customers based on their needs and preferences. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and sales outcomes accurately, ensuring all follow-up actions are taken in a timely manner. Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance-related roles (preferred). Freshers: Graduate freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Confident, energetic, and customer-focused. Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively. Salary & Benefits:In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 per month Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive incentives based on sales and performance.
