Project Construction Insurance:

• Evaluate, structure, and manage project-specific insurance policies such as:
• Contractors All Risk (CAR) / Erection All Risk (EAR) Policies
• Workmen Compensation and Third-Party Liability Policies
• Commercial General Liability (CGL) Policies
• Coordinate with consultants, brokers and insurance companies for timely issuance, renewal, and claims settlement.
• Ensure compliance with project financing and contractual insurance obligations.

2. Operational & Property Insurance:

• Handle insurance policies for delivered and operational projects, including:
• Residential societies, commercial offices, retail spaces, and malls.
• Fire, burglary, asset, and equipment insurance coverage.
• Ensure periodic valuation and adequate sum insured of physical assets.
• Manage claims and coordinate with surveyors and insurers for settlement.

3. Employee-Related Insurance:

• Manage corporate employee insurance programs such as:
• Group Mediclaim Policy
• Group Personal Accident Policy
• Term Life or other benefit-linked policies
• Liaise with HR for employee coverage data, renewals, additions/deletions, and claim support.

4. Corporate & Miscellaneous Insurance:

• Manage other corporate-level policies including:
• Cyber Liability Insurance
• Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability Policy
• Fleet/Vehicle Policy
• Asset & Equipment Insurance, Office Premises Policies, etc.
• Periodically review and update insurance coverage as per evolving risk exposures.

5. Coordination & Compliance:

• Coordinate with internal departments, external brokers, and insurance companies.
• Maintain and update the insurance database, renewal calendar, and claim register.

Assist in risk assessment and contribute to the company’s overall risk management framework
