Insurance Placement Specialist - Non - EB Servicing

As an Insurance Placement Specialist at BimaKavach, your role will involve ensuring seamless support for clients by managing policy onboarding, endorsements, client training, and claim-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and setup requirements are met. - Handle policy modifications, endorsements, and updates as requested by clients. - Assist clients in resolving queries and liaising with internal teams to close the queries within stipulated timeframe. - Improve product knowledge in Property, Fire, Marine, and Liability insurance to accurately handle endorsements. - Track pending client requests and follow up promptly to resolve issues or complete processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - 2+ years of experience in policy servicing within the insurance industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Familiarity with insurance policies, endorsements, and claims processes is a plus.
