We are looking for an experienced Insurance Placement Solutions Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in insurance placement, negotiations with insurers, and crafting customized insurance solutions for clients. They should be well-versed in various insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination: Engage with clients to assess and understand their group insurance needs.
  • Market Negotiation: Coordinate with multiple insurance providers to obtain competitive quotes and policy terms that best match client requirements.
  • Policy Structuring: Analyze and compare various insurance proposals to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters to enhance placement efficiency. Also Maintain strong relation with client to ensure continuous and active partnership
  • Key Account Management: Manage the assigned account and ensure smooth and seamless active partnership, and source the committed premium from the client
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all placement activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of negotiations and policy details.
  • Product Expertise: Experience in group Products like Group Credit Life, Group Term Life, Group personal Accident, GMC, and other group insurance products.
  • Support & Advisory: Provide strategic advisory services to clients regarding their insurance portfolio and risk management.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

  • 4+ years of experience in insurance placement, underwriting, or broking
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of IRDAI guidelines and industry regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with insurance brokers, insurance companies, or TPAs
  • Certifications such as Licentiate / Associate / Fellowship from III (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
