What are we looking for? Must have/ minimum requirement:
Up to 7 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Commercial Property (preferred).Experience in managing day-to-day activities related to commercial property within Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. This includes, Real Estate Management, processing acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, inspections, and responding to technical and client servicing enquiries. Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 4+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performanceKnowledge of MS Office Tools.Skillset:Graduate in any stream.Experience in the UK Pension- Commercial Property Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.Good verbal & written communication skillsGood typing skill and attention to detail.Good time management skills. Ability work independently
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities:Process property acquisitions and disposals within SIPP portfolios, including document collation, due diligence coordination, and system updates.Support Property SIPP servicing by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with pension scheme rules, and liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients.Administer lease events such as new leases, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation.Coordinate building works approvals, ensuring adherence to SIPP investment rules and health & safety standards.Track and process rent reviews, liaising with valuers and updating internal systems accordingly.Schedule and document vacant property inspections, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.Assist with property valuations for reporting and compliance purposes.Handle mixed technical property tasks, including title checks, planning queries, and environmental assessments.Respond to management enquiries from clients, advisers, and internal teams, providing accurate and timely information.Support onboarding and training of new team members as part of incremental headcount expansion.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.Complies with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations.Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying to the same with minimum response time.Review the job aids/process guides to ensure it is updated with all the processing information.Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
