Job Description:
Sunray Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Executive to join our billing and claims team. The ideal candidate will handle medical insurance billing, claims processing, and patient coordination to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims to various insurance companies and government payers.
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
Ensure accurate medical coding using ICD-10, CPT, and other standard codes.
Follow up on pending claims, denials, and rejections, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff to ensure proper documentation.
Handle patient queries related to insurance and billing.
Maintain patient records and billing information securely and confidentially.
Stay updated with insurance policies, rules, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum [1-3] years of experience in insurance billing or medical claims processing.
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
Familiarity with billing software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
