Job Description

As an Insurance Broker Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the insurance broking team by handling documentation, KYC processes, and other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Documentation Management:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of insurance policies and client interactions.
    • Ensure all necessary documents are collected, verified, and filed correctly.
    • Assist in the preparation of policy renewals and amendments.
  2. KYC Processes:

    • Conduct KYC checks to verify the identity and financial status of clients.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Update and maintain client information in the database.
    • Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues.
  3. Administrative Tasks:

    • Support senior brokers in managing client accounts and policy documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  4. Regulatory Knowledge:

    • Basic understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements (added advantage).
    • Familiarity with insurance products and market dynamics (added advantage).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
