Insurance Executive

As an Executive - Insurance at Hexa Health in Gurugram, you will be responsible for handling cashless and reimbursement claims, coordinating with TPAs, obtaining pre-authorization approvals, and addressing insurance queries. Your role will include verifying billing, liaising with doctors, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Your success in this position will require strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of health insurance policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing cashless and reimbursement claims from initiation to settlement. - Ensuring accuracy in discharge summaries and TPA billing for billing and discharge verification. - Building strong relationships with insurers to expedite approvals for seamless operations. - Accurately handling pre-authorization forms and adhering to policy guidelines for pre-authorization and compliance. - Maintaining SOP compliance and efficiently managing case processing to meet turnaround time requirements. To excel in this role, you must have: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - In-depth knowledge of health insurance policies, claims, and reimbursement processes. - Ability to handle insurance-related queries and approvals tactfully. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet processing deadlines.
