Job Title: Insurance Executive Renewal & Rollover

Department: Sales / After-Sales (Insurance) Location: Thane/Andheri

Job Purpose:

To manage the renewal and rollover of motor insurance policies by ensuring timely follow-up with customers, providing best insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with customer retention and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for renewal of expiring motor insurance policies.

• Educate customers on insurance options, premium differences, and benefits.

• Coordinate with multiple insurance companies to get competitive quotes.

• Process policy renewals, rollovers, endorsements, and cancellations.

• Maintain records of policies renewed, rollover conversions, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly renewal and rollover targets.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling queries and claim-related escalations.

• Build strong relations with insurance partners for smooth operations.

• Cross-sell add-on covers and related financial products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (preferred) with IRDA certification (if required).

• Minimum 12 years experience in motor/general insurance (automobile dealership preferred).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation & customer service orientation.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS, insurance portals).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Renewal conversion ratio.

• Rollover policy achievement.

• Customer retention percentage.

• Cross-sell revenue (add-on covers, new policies).

• Customer satisfaction score.
