Resolving customer inquiries and requests promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels will be a key focus. Collaborating with internal teams for efficient order processing and delivery and escalating customer feedback as necessary are also part of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Sales/Relationship Manager role, preferably in the Financial Services or Insurance industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor and coach teams effectively. Being a team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders will be advantageous.
