Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agency Sales Marketing Manager based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and coordinating with various departments to enhance sales operations. Daily tasks include creating marketing campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and training sales staff to achieve organizational goals.
