Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Advisor based in Chennai. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their insurance needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing customer relationships. The role includes providing expert advice on insurance products, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Insurance Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and work to meet sales and support targets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Insurance and Finance concepts to effectively advise clients and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prior experience or skills in Consulting to analyze client needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Proficiency in Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in local languages would be an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in insurance or finance and prior experience in the sector are a plus.
