Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Payouts & Commission Management Calculate and process commission payouts for POS (Point of Sales) agents and intermediaries. Maintain records of commission structures, overrides, and incentives as per company policy. Reconcile payouts with insurer statements. Billing & Financial Transactions Prepare and issue invoices for policies sold. Record premium collections, refunds, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure timely settlement of payments with insurers and intermediaries. Manage reconciliation of bank accounts related to premium inflow and payout outflow. Financial Accounting & Compliance Maintain proper books of accounts related to insurance transactions. Prepare MIS reports on revenue, payouts, and outstanding. Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company audit requirements. Support statutory audits and internal audits. 4 Tally Knowledge 5 Excel knowledge .
