Instrumental Music Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Instrumental Music Teacher to join our music academy. The ideal candidate must have mastery in Guitar, intermediate proficiency in Keyboard, and basic knowledge of Drums. The role involves teaching students of various age groups and skill levels, nurturing their musical abilities, and preparing them for performances and exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group classes for guitar (primary), keyboard (intermediate), and basic drum techniques.
• Design lesson plans tailored to students’ skill levels and learning pace.
• Prepare students for internal performances, exams, or certifications.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Support in organizing events, workshops, and recitals.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff for integrated learning and events.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Guitar (lead, rhythm, acoustic/electric) with stage or teaching experience.
• Intermediate skills in Keyboard/Piano; able to teach basic to mid-level students.
• Basic knowledge of Drums and rhythm patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to adapt teaching style based on student needs and age groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training in music or certification in any instrument.
• Previous teaching experience at a music school or institution.
• Knowledge of music theory, sight-reading, and composition is a plus.
• Ability to prepare students for grade exams (e.g., Trinity, ABRSM, Rockschool) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
