Job Description:
We seek a talented and experienced Instrument Sales Engineer to join and grow our small Industrial Automation company "JLC International". As an Instrument Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients on a range of automation products and services. Your instrument knowledge and strong communication and interpersonal skills will help our clients meet their automation objectives and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to determine their needs and provide effective solutions.
-Provide technical expertise on products to customers and coordinate product demonstrations on occasion.
-Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns
-Assist clients in selecting the suitable instrumentation for their specific automation requirements
-Coordinate with our vendors in Europe and internal departments to ensure timely product delivery
-Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings and work with the team to develop new business proposals
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related -field
-At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Instrumentation sales
-A solid understanding of the latest instrumentation technologies and industry trends
-Strong technical skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience -Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
-Team handling experience and self-motivated person
