In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Talent and Development team you will work with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and create engaging learning experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exceptional standards while driving innovative instructional design solutions that enhance learning outcomes.

What You Must Have

• Master's Degree
• 4-8 years of experience in instructional design
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
