Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in Coimbatore. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing instructional materials, and implementing curriculum. The role also involves managing learning management systems, developing training programs, and collaborating with educators to enhance instructional content.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design
• Skills in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Experience in Curriculum Development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience in educational institutions is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Instructional Designer
