To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Training & Development, Learning Management, and Curriculum Development. While previous experience in eLearning and virtual reality design is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Your solid project management abilities will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
