Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses, simulations, and interactive modules, for corporate and educational clients.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and animators to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create learner-centric experiences that meet project objectives and learning goals.
• Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software to develop interactive eLearning modules.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in the eLearning industry.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and methodologies.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
