Institutional Sales Manager - Edtech

As an Institutional Sales Manager at Blackbucks Group, you will be responsible for leading institutional outreach and promoting the adoption of our comprehensive suite of offerings, including Virtual Programming Labs (VPL), industry-relevant internships, skill assessments, and employability-focused training programs across India's top engineering colleges. Your role will involve engaging with academic decision-makers, conducting product presentations, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless implementation process. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B/academic/edtech sales, with a preference for experience in the higher education sector. Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills are essential, along with a good understanding of the engineering education landscape and institutional structures. You should be willing to travel for in-person campus engagements and possess a self-starting attitude with a focus on achieving targets. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in edtech for higher education, existing relationships with academic leaders in engineering colleges, and a technical background or experience in selling technical/academic products.
