The Training Manager & Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in the engineering organization. Your role will involve establishing a state-of-the-art training center, designing curriculum, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will collaborate with management to define the vision and goals of the training center.
