As a Sales Manager at DSP, your role is to manage and increase revenue and AUM market share with Family offices, large and mid-sized corporate clients. You will be responsible for: - Increasing market share and revenue with the assigned set of investors - family offices and large/small clients. - Producing superior sales results in terms of gross sales, net sales, and market share in all asset classes. - Reactivating and acquiring new investors in the aforementioned segment. - Engaging with clients through sales tools, charts, regular market and product updates, digital/face-to-face meetings to create a long-term book of assets. - Advising clients on the latest market developments and fund house views to have top-of-mind recall. - Leveraging MIS, CRM, and other market data for effective sales. - Sharing timely feedback on competition and market deals with superiors. - Developing external market intelligence to improve network and help in generating business. For this role, you should have: - Strong knowledge of capital markets (equity & fixed income), products, and other financial products. - Deep understanding of the sales process. - Understanding of macro-economic variables and mutual fund products. - Knowledge of family offices & institutional market of Chennai. The skills required for this role include: - Proven ability to deliver superior results in all market cycles. - Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take initiative and handle complex deals/clients/situations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships. We are looking for candidates with: - 6+ years of investment sales and business development experience. Qualifications preferred: - MBA or any equivalent degree. - CFA, CWM, or CFP will be a plus.
