Elevate Parking Systems LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation and commissioning of our advanced parking systems at our project site in Bhandarli Village, Shil-Kalyan Phata.

Key Responsibilities

The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for the complete on-site management of the installation process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervision & Management:
• Directly supervise and manage the installation team, including fitters, technicians, and laborers.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure adherence to the project timeline.
• Maintain strict compliance with site safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Technical & Quality Assurance:
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for the installation of Elevated/Multilevel Parking Systems.
• Conduct regular quality checks of materials and workmanship throughout the installation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and site-specific challenges promptly.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, project management, and clients/contractors.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, detailing work completed, resources used, and any deviations or delays.
• Manage and account for on-site inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Commissioning & Handover:
• Oversee pre-commissioning checks and final system commissioning.
• Ensure all necessary documentation for testing, commissioning, and handover is accurately completed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supervising the installation of heavy machinery, material handling systems, elevators, or, preferably, automated/multi-level parking systems.
• Proven track record of managing construction/installation crews effectively.
• Skills:
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of standard safety procedures and best practices in the construction environment.
