Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  for customers during the installation phase, ensuring transparency and prompt communication.
• Provide

  daily work plans and progress updates

  to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare a

  detailed plan of action

  with clear timelines, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling for project execution.
• Coordinate effectively with the

  design team, site supervisors, carpenters, vendors, and other execution partners

  to ensure seamless workflow.
• Conduct

  pre-production feasibility checks

  and

  site readiness inspections

  before dispatch to avoid delays.
• Oversee

  material availability

  and ensure timely delivery to the customer site.

• Monitor and enforce adherence

  to company systems, processes, and safety protocols.
• Ensure

  strict timeline adherence

  for all assigned projects, with proactive identification and resolution of potential delays.

• Handle and resolve customer escalations

  with professionalism and urgency, maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Conduct

  quality checks

  during and after installation to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Manage

  snag/rectification lists

  and ensure all issues are resolved before formal site handover.
• Ensure

  return of unused materials

  to the store/warehouse upon project completion.
• Work closely with the

  Designer and Customer

  at the start of the project to confirm requirements, technical details, and expectations.
• Maintain

  high customer satisfaction scores

  by delivering projects with minimal issues, on time, and to specifications.
• Prepare

  final handover documentation

  and obtain customer sign-off.
• Support continuous improvement by

  sharing site learnings and feedback

  with the design and operations teams.

• Knowledge of modular furniture installation processes and site execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical understanding of design drawings, site measurements, and feasibility requirements.
